Head Coach Each head coach should commit the time and effort to help each player develop throughout the season. The main duty of a coach is to instill healthy competition, encourage sportsmanship, develop player skills, and adhere to league policies.

Assistant Coach Each team needs at least 2 assistant coaches. Assistants are as just as important as the head coach. The league encourages assistant coaches to have a request of which head coach/team they would like to assist with.

Team Volunteer This includes those that wish to volunteer their time to help your player's team with score keeping, game changer, pre- and post- game responsibilities (bases, chalking of lines/batters boxes, raking, dragging, trash pick up and haul off, etc.).

League Volunteer This role includes all league committees, concessions, field maintenance, sponsorship, summer sandlot, Challenger division volunteers, board members, and other duties needed by the league to help promote a successful baseball league in Spring Hill.
