SHLL 2025 Spring registration is OPEN for girls ages 4-14! We are excited to have Little League fast-pitch softball in Spring Hill with All Star Opportunity this Spring season!

Pre Season Softball Skill Clinic for ages 4-10 on Saturday 2/15. Our pre-season camp partner, LPG Sports is hosting a clinic for our girls focusing on throwing, fielding, catching, hitting and base running to get them ready for the Fall Season. REGISTER FOR CLINIC HERE

Season Dates and Details: 

Mandatory Evaluations: (for 8U, 10U, 12U & 14U divisions only. No evaluations for 6U players)

Saturday 2/8 at 12pm for 8U & 12U. Pitchers & Catchers at 11;30am.

Saturday 2/8 at 2pm for 10U & 14U. Pitchers & Catchers at 1:30pm

Per Little League rules, teams are drafted by the coaches and the players must attend evaluations to be drafted to a team. This allows us to have the most competitive and balanced teams as possible.  

Practices: Coach preferences and field availability starting the week of February 17th.

Games Begin: Week of 3/10 with two games a week on Mondays through Fridays in March & April. 

Field Location: All games and practices at Evans Park in Spring Hill. 

Opening Ceremonies & Picture Day: Saturday, 3/15/25- Time TBD

Closing Ceremonies & All-Star Announcements: Saturday, 5/17/2025- Time TBD

All Star Team Opportunity: players 7-12 years old are evaluated during the season and may be invited to participate in the All Star Combine (try out) early May for their divisions All Star Team. We plan to have an 8U, 10U, 11U and 12U All Star team this Spring. Middle School players that meet adjusted game requirements will also qualify. All star selections will be announced at closing ceremonies on 5/17.

Head & Asst. Coaches Needed: Thank you for volunteering for our girls! We need both head coaches and asst coaches to have a successful League. PLEASE register as a coach volunteer when signing up your child and email Kathy at [email protected]. Coach positions are not guaranteed and will be approved by the Board. Coaches meeting & drafts will be Monday 2/10 at 5pm.

The system will automatically provide your age bracket options when signing up. 

This division is for T-Ball players who want to learn the fundamentals of hitting and fielding. In T-Ball, players hit a ball off the coach and if unsuccessful then a batting tee. Primary goals are to have fun, to instruct children in the fundamentals of softball and to allow them to experience the value of teamwork. Each game will have an umpire and up to 10 players are allowed to play on the field. 4 Coaches ideal per team. 

This division teaches players to understand the concepts of putting the bat on the ball, base running, pitching, catching and proper fielding mechanics. They will hit off Player (1 inning) and Coach pitching. Primary goals are to have fun, to instruct children in the fundamentals of softball and to allow them to experience the value of teamwork. Each game will have an umpire and up to 10 players are allowed to play on the field. 3-4 Coaches ideal per team. 

This division teaches players to advance their skill, base running, and proper fielding mechanics. They will hit off Player pitching. Primary goals are to have fun, to instruct children in the fundamentals of softball and to allow them to experience the value of teamwork. Each game will have 1-2 umpires and 3 Coaches ideal per team. 

This division teaches players the advanced fundamentals of pitching, fielding, catching, base running and hitting. They will hit off Player pitching. Primary goals are to have fun, to instruct children in the fundamentals of softball and to allow them to experience the value of teamwork. Each game will have 1-2 umpires and 3 Coaches ideal per team.
